DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT

DEPOSIT

A deposit of 50% is due upon booking, payable by cheque or money order, within 10 days of the reservation or in cash or credit card at the time of reservation. All funds are in Canadian dollars. The balance is payable upon arrival. For X-Mas/New Year's Holidays, the deposit is not refundable at any time and the balance due on December 1st is not refundable

RESERVATION

A minimum of 2 nights is required for any condominium , suite and chalet reservations.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation by the client, the following charges apply: $100.00 per condo/suite/chalet, , if cancelled no later that 28 days prior to check in; total deposit is kept if cancelled less than 28 days prior to check in. Except for X-mas/New Year's Holidays, see the above Deposit Policy.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

Client's credit card number is kept on file, and serves as guarantee against any damage caused by the client during his stay. A security deposit may be required in certains units. All telephone long distance calls (plus service charges) made by the client during his stay, will be charged to the credit card.

KEYS NOT RETURNED

An amount of $25.00 per set of keys not returned will be charged on the credit card.

GENERALITIES

For private condominiums, chalets and suites, bed linen and towels are supplied. There is no daily maid service during stay.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Check-in time : 4:00 pm. - Check-out time 11:00 am.
Our representative will meet you at your condo to register, receive the keys as well as other pertinent information and make final payment for the unit.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED, NO SMOKING AND NO ADDITIONAL PERSONS ARE PERMITTED IN ANY UNITS.

If these rules are not respected, a charge of $100 will apply and you will be asked to leave the premises.
